    I am a psoriasis sufferer. I think I’ve always have bouts, but the first time I became aware of what it was was some 15 years ago, when I had a nasty attack where my head was oozing from my scalp with that clear liquid typical of inflamed psoriasis. At the time I was prescribed steroid tablets, as I was a few years later when I got psoriatic arthritis. At no point at all was I ever mentioned psoriasis can be kept at bay with food – nor was I ever told that certain foods can trigger attacks.
    I do believe psoriasis is very much linked to stress, but, now I’ve read about it, I’m sure those those food categories do contribute to the flaring. Thank you for your valuable information 🙂

    I don’t suffer from psoriasis, but some time ago my mom thought that she has it. I always think about what I eat, and I understand how important that is. Now I am feeling much better because I avoid sugar.
